Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This AUP ensures PokeHub’s services are used lawfully and protect its infrastructure.

1. Permitted Uses

• Consented SMS for business or personal communication.
• API access for approved integrations.

2. Prohibited Uses

• Spam, harassment, or illegal content, per TCPA/CTIA.
• Reverse engineering, hacking, or network overload.
• Unauthorized access, data scraping, or excessive API calls.

3. Monitoring and Enforcement

• Automated and manual monitoring for compliance.
• Violations result in warnings, throttling, or termination.
• PokeHub may block traffic to protect network integrity.

4. User Responsibilities

• Secure account credentials and APIs.
• Comply with TCPA, CTIA, and local laws.
• Indemnify PokeHub for damages from misuse.

5. Reporting

Report violations to abuse@pokehub.com; investigated promptly.
