1. Messaging Requirements

• Consent: Prior express written consent required, per TCPA (47 CFR § 64.1200).
• Message Standards: 160-character limit; frequency disclosed at opt-in.
• Opt-Out:Reply STOP or contact support@pokehub.com; processed instantly.
• Content Restrictions: No illegal, offensive, or unsolicited messages.

2. CTIA Compliance

• Adherence to CTIA Short Code Monitoring Handbook.
• Regular audits of user campaigns for compliance.
• Users must submit campaign details for pre-approval.

3. Data Handling

PokeHub may share your information with the following parties and in the other ways that are described in this Privacy Policy:

• Messages encrypted with TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest.
• Retention limited to operational or legal needs (e.g., TCPA recordkeeping).
• PokeHub not responsible for user data breaches.

4. Enforcement

• Non-compliant campaigns suspended immediately.
• Users liable for fines or damages from violations.
